I began my career as a Real Estate Professional in 2001 in the greater Los Angeles area, but my first sales were in the Westlake Village and Agoura areas. Since that time I have worked with clients all over San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley, Santa Clarita and Los Angeles proper in residential real estate. I hail originally from the East Coast and am a native New Yorker. ."
I have two daughters, Erin and Lauren Cahill. Both got married this past year! Erin is a very successful actress (you can find her on IMDB) and Lauren has now joinied me as the other part of "Team Cahill" having finished the work for credentialing to get her real estate license. She has an extensive sales and tech savvy background and I'm truly excited to be teaming up with her! Together we will bring a whole other level of customer care and service to our clients!
Lastly, my recreation and past time is very involved with dog training. I have been working with these dogs most of my life and have devoted myself to establishing and improving the health and longevity as well as making sure the dogs have the proper temperament. I am proud to say I have one of the healthiest bloodlines in the world. Aside from health and temperament I breed for proper conformation and working ability. I have been a lover of animals all my life and I have 3 "furry children" three awesome Dobes (Gable just turned 12!), who truly believe they are human!
My Qualifications
I have worked extensively in every aspect of residential Real Estate in the San Fernando Valley and Greater Los Angeles area for the last 15 years. Six of those 15 years I have been with my present company, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage located in Calaabasas. CB is number one in the world for customer satisfaction and ranks number one in ethics as well. We have the latest cutting edge technical training and services with which to service our clientele. We provide "in house" services such as lenders, escrow and title to take our clients through a seamless escrow experience. We are constantly working to improve ourselves and give our clients, particularly our sellers, maximum exposure. I am also a certified Short Sales agent and have major experience in dealing with banks such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo, in closing the most challenging of short sales. I am pleased to say that I have never once lost a listing, short sale or otherwise. Every listing has ended with a successfully closed escrow and highly satisfied sellers.
